Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern the Unlock Truth app and website operated by Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited. Account holders must be 18 or older and have the capacity to agree to these terms. Read the Privacy Policy before providing personal information. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services.

2. Account and family profiles

Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to support@unlocktruth.app. Only enter another adult's personal data with their permission. A child's profile must be provided by a parent or authorized guardian. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of the information you submit.

3. Traditional interpretation and AI limits

Astronomical positions are calculated from your inputs and the selected calculation method. Traditional astrology and palm interpretations are for cultural learning, personal reflection and entertainment; they are not empirically validated forecasts. AI text can contain errors. A calculation score or compatibility heuristic is not a measured probability of a life outcome.

Do not use a reading to diagnose or treat illness, stop medication, delay emergency care, make investment or legal decisions, or determine whether to remain in an unsafe relationship. Consult qualified professionals and use real-world evidence. Remedies and spiritual practices are optional; they do not guarantee results and are not medical treatments.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, harass others, upload material you lack permission to share, attempt to access another person's records, bypass authentication or payment controls, or interfere with service operation. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect users and the service.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and credits

The purchase screen shows the applicable price, entitlement, duration and any usage allowance before payment. Satya Pro has a shared allowance for Jyotish Guru questions and included palm AI requests; it is not unlimited AI use. Short, medium and detailed Guru answers each use one allowance unit. Some features may also use wallet credits or a one-time unlock. Prices and availability can differ by platform.

If a purchase is a recurring app-store subscription, manage renewal and cancellation through the store account where you purchased it. One-time access does not automatically become a recurring subscription. Do not share payment credentials in support messages.

6. Failures and refunds

A rejected or unavailable Guru reading releases its wallet reservation, unused free-consultation claim or subscription units. This restores app usage; it does not automatically refund an original wallet top-up payment. Contact support for duplicate, unauthorized or failed purchases. Payment refunds follow the applicable processor or app-store rules, the Refund Policy and your statutory rights. Consumed features are generally not refundable except where required by applicable law or stated in a purchase policy.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in personal content you submit and grant us the permissions needed to store and process it for the features you request. App software, branding and original content remain protected by their owners' rights. You may use your generated personal readings for your own purposes, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

8. Availability and third-party services

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect calculations or error-free AI responses. Features depend on service providers, internet access, platform support and your device. We may correct, update or withdraw features while preserving any rights you have under applicable law.

9. Privacy and termination

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can turn AI off while keeping calculated features, and you can request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. Retention of records after deletion is limited by the purposes and obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and consumer rights

The app provides general information and traditional interpretations, not professional advice or guaranteed outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on interpretations or inaccurate inputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Law, disputes and contact

Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Contact support@unlocktruth.app or Growth@Indryaa.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.
